As part of the implementation of the Agreement dated 04/25/2024 No. 075-15-2024-559 on the provision of a grant in the form of a subsidy from the federal budget for conducting large scientific projects in the priority area of scientific and technological development for the implementation of a set of works, plans, activities and tasks for conducting fundamental scientific research on the topic: "Analysis and development of theoretical foundations with research and development of constructive and technological solutions to ensure the operational reliability of transport infrastructure facilities in conditions of permafrost distribution", concluded between the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Federal State Autonomous Institution of Higher Education "Russian University of Transport", as well as in order to develop cooperation with scientific, construction and design organizations, exchange practical and theoretical experience, develop research activities of students, postgraduates and young scientists and teachers, involve them in solving the tasks of modern science.
